WHEN A PROBLEM COMES ALONG, YOU MUST ZIP IT!
Just as an update to all of our customers that keep checking in to see if we have re-stocked, we wanted to let everyone know that we are still waiting on the zippers to complete our current Uni-Lazy order. We should be hearing from our manufacturer later today to see how soon they will be ready to ship. As soon as we have an update, we will let everyone know!!
Also, we temporarily had to disable our embroidery option while we negotiate with a few new local embroidery shops. Our initial company that we were really excited to partner with ended up defaulting on our arrangement. They could not complete the orders in a timely manner, which is completely unacceptable! Our customers demand a lot from us, and we pride ourselves on our fast turn-around times and awesome customer service. We cannot sacrifice our reputation by working with people that we can't rely on. Rest assured, we will continue to negotiate and find an embroidery company that can keep up with our demand and meet or exceed our expectations!!
Lesson of the Day: Going forward, we will strive to only partner with companies that hold themselves to the same level of accountability that we hold ourselves!
