Returns, Exchanges and Shipping

Forever Lazy's shipping policy is very simple. You should expect your order to arrive in 2-4 business days of the purchase when using Standard shipping options. You can also upgrade your shipping using FedEx Express services as you deem necessary. All Express shipments have an order deadline of 2pm CST in order to be shipped that same day. For International orders, we ship via an international shipping consolidator, Asendia, FedEX and DHL, and our website automatically calculates the exact shipping charges that we have to pay and bills you accordingly. **Forever Lazy will not be held accountable for shipping-related delays that are the fault of the carrier. Also, if the customer inputs an incorrect or invalid shipping address that results in the package being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the item should they want the item re-shipped. Otherwise, we will offer a refund for the cost of the item. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
Domestic Returns and Exchanges
Forever Lazy’s return policy is the most customer friendly policy found on the Web. It’s very simple - if you are for whatever reason unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 365 days to return or exchange the product to us, on our tab! No stipulations, no gimmicks, no bull-honkey. We don’t care if the package is opened or the product has been worn, all we care about is making sure you feel comfortable with your purchase. We trust our customers to do what’s right, that’s why we leave the decision up to you. We value your business and support and therefore we’ll do anything we can to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
We ship via FedEx and the Post Office, and pay for all shipping on domestic returns and exchanges. However, we will only pay shipping costs for one exchange. If you need to then exchange again, you will need to pay all associated costs of the second exchange and beyond.
Because we pay for inbound domestic returns, you will only be refunded the cost of the product(s) purchased.
International Returns and Exchanges
International customs requirements unfortunately don’t let us provide prepaid shipping labels for our international returns/exchanges, but we will gladly pay for the outbound shipping on international exchanges. The customer is responsible for paying the return/exchange shipping back to Forever Lazy, and will only be refunded the cost of the product(s) on a return.
How to Return/Exchange
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please send an email to email@example.com indicating your order number and which product you are returning/exchanging. Then, please let us know why you are making the return, or give us instructions as to which product you would like in its place. Once we receive this information, we will email domestic customers a prepaid shipping label to be used for the return/exchange. Upon receipt of your item(s) we will either reimburse the cost of the product(s) or ship you a new item(s). For returns, we will credit the cost of the product(s) back to the same card or PayPal account that was used for the transaction.
**Please note, you may be assessed a laundering fee for any items that are returned excessively dirty. To qualify for a full refund, items *must* be returned in good condition.
